Abstract
This research aims to reduce defect incurred in the production process by applying Six Sigma concepts to reduce defect and control process. The process of research begins with the general study of plant operations. To analyze the process of plant selected to analyze problems and determine the cause of defect incurred. Define target and design approach to reduce defect. Monitoring operations and to evaluate performance after improvement. The results obtained from this research is the average rate of defect was reduced from 58,120 ppm to 28,870 ppm which is one alternative to increase productivity, reduce costs and increase the competitiveness of the Thai Plastic Industries.
