Abstract

The effective objectives of energy conservation is  reduce the total energy cost to a minimal level especially in energy-hunger industries like a die casting factory, which becomes this research focus. The study uses an energy chart as a primary tool to analyze the whole system to evaluate the current efficiency of the factory and to facilitate measures formulations which should reduce energy cost by 7.59 per cent after implementations.
