การศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้จัดการโครงการงานปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมอาคาร ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

บทคัดย่อ
การบริหารโครงการงานปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมอาคารจำเป็นต้องมีผู้รับเหมา และผู้จัดการโครงการที่มีความชำนาญงาน เนื่องจากกระบวนการทำงานอาจจะมีปัญหา และความเสี่ยงต่างๆเกิดขึ้นมากมาย ทั้งนี้โดยทั่วไปผู้จัดการโครงการแต่ละคนก็จะมีคุณสมบัติ และสมรรถนะที่แตกต่างกันทั้งความรู้ ทักษะ และทัศนคติ ดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะ และวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างสมรรถนะของผู้จัดการโครงการงานปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมอาคารในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้จัดการโครงการ เจ้าของโครงการ และเจ้าของบริษัทผู้รับเหมาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑลจำนวนรวม 160 คน จากนั้นมีการใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับสมรรถนะของผู้จัดการโครงการงานปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซม ณ ปัจจุบัน ที่สูงสุด คือ ด้านทัศนคติ ส่วนระดับสมรรถนะที่จำเป็น และช่องว่างสมรรถนะของผู้จัดการโครงการงานปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมที่สูงสุดมีผลเช่นเดียวกัน คือ ด้านความรู้ สุดท้ายนี้งานวิจัยได้เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะสำหรับผู้จัดการโครงการงานปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซม เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาตนเองและองค์กรต่อไป
