การพัฒนาแผ่นซีเมนต์บอร์ดผสมเส้นใยจากกล่องเครื่องดื่มและเถ้ากากส่าทดแทนซีเมนต์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาแผ่นซีเมนต์บอร์ดผสมเส้นใยจากกล่องเครื่องดื่มและเถ้าลอยจากระบบเตาเผาน้ำกากส่าทดแทนซีเมนต์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ของเสียจากระบบเตาเผาน้ำกากส่าสำหรับพัฒนาเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยทำการขึ้นรูปแผ่นซีเมนต์บอร์ดความหนาแน่น(Density) 1,000 กิโลกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร จากแบบสำหรับทำแผ่นซีเมนต์บอร์ดขนาด กว้าง 30 ซม. ยาว 30 ซม. หนา 2 ซม. อัตราส่วนระหว่างปอร์ตแลนด์ซีเมนต์และปริมาณเส้นใยสําหรับการผสม 70:30 โดยน้ำหนัก โดยใช้ลักษณะของเส้นใยกล่องเครื่องดื่มพันแบบ 2 และ 3 เกลียว และใช้เถ้าลอยจากระบบเตาเผาน้ำกากส่าทดแทนซีเมนต์ในอัตราร้อยละ 10 15 และ 20 โดยอัตราส่วนน้ำต่อซีเมนต์ (w/c) คงที่ เท่ากับ 0.6 และดำเนินการทดสอบตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม แผ่นชิ้นไม้อัดซีเมนต์ความหนาแน่นสูง มอก. 878-2532 และ DIN 1101:1989 ประกอบด้วย มอดุลัสแตกหัก(MOR) มอดุลัสยืดหยุ่น(MOE) การดูดซึมน้ำ(WA) การพองตัว (TS) ความต้านทานต่อการเผาไหม้ของแผ่นซีเมนต์บอร์ด(ROB) ตามมาตรฐาน ASTM D635-98 และการดูดซับเสียง (SOA) จากผลการทดสอบสรุปได้ว่าแผ่นซีเมนต์บอร์ดพัฒนาจากการผสมเส้นใยขยะกล่องเครื่องดื่มที่มีสัดส่วนซีเมนต์ต่อเส้นใย 70:30 และใช้เถ้ากากส่าทดแทนซีเมนต์ในอัตราร้อยละ 10 มีประสิทธิภาพสูงที่สุดเมื่อพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติทางกล ทางกายภาพ และ ทางอุณหภาพ มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนําไปประยุกต์ใช้กับงานภายในอาคาร
