การเคลื่อนตัวด้านข้างของอาคารสูงระหว่างการก่อสร้างโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์แบบก่อสร้างตามลำดับขั้น

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาการเคลื่อนตัวด้านข้างของอาคารคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสูง 30 ชั้น ขนาด 24×24 เมตร ที่เกิดจากน้ำหนักบรรทุกคงที่ระหว่างการก่อสร้าง (Construction dead load) โดยไม่รวมผลของแรงลมหรือแรงแผ่นดินไหว เพื่อประเมินผลของลำดับการก่อสร้างและรูปแบบการจัดวางกำแพงรับแรงเฉือน (ทั้งแบบสมมาตรและไม่สมมาตร) ต่อพฤติกรรมของระบบต้านแรงด้านข้าง โดยพัฒนาแบบจำลองโครงสร้างสามมิติภายใต้พฤติกรรมวัสดุเชิงเส้น พิจารณาผล P–Δ และเปรียบเทียบการวิเคราะห์แบบทันที (Instantaneous analysis) กับการวิเคราะห์แบบก่อสร้างตามลำดับขั้น (Staged construction analysis) สำหรับกรณีระบบต้านแรงด้านข้างแบบสมมาตรและไม่สมมาตร ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบพบว่า การวิเคราะห์แบบทันทีให้ค่าการกระจัดด้านข้างเพิ่มขึ้นตามความสูงและมีค่าสูงสุดที่ชั้นบนสุดเท่ากับ 66.8 มม. ขณะที่การวิเคราะห์แบบก่อสร้างตามลำดับขั้นให้ค่าสูงสุดที่ชั้น 21 เท่ากับ 17.5 มม. ทั้งนี้กรณีไม่สมมาตรให้ค่าการกระจัดสูงกว่ากรณีสมมาตร (17.5 มม. เทียบกับต่ำกว่า 1 มม.) และการเคลื่อนตัวเด่นชัดในทิศทางที่มีความแข็งด้านข้างโดยรวมของระบบต่ำกว่า ซึ่งพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นการเลื่อนตัวเชิงแกนเดียว (Sway) มากกว่าการบิด และมีค่าอัตราส่วนการเคลื่อนตัวต่อชั้นสูงสุด (maximum inter-story drift ratio) ประมาณ 0.09% (0.45/500) ซึ่งต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ควบคุมเชิงสภาพการใช้งานทั่วไป (1/400 ถึง 1/500) ผลดังกล่าวแสดงให้เห็นว่าตำแหน่งและขนาดการเสียรูปในช่วงก่อสร้างแตกต่างจากการวิเคราะห์แบบทันที สรุปได้ว่า การวิเคราะห์แบบก่อสร้างตามลำดับขั้นมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการประเมินการเสียรูปในช่วงก่อสร้าง โดยเฉพาะอาคารที่มีระบบต้านแรงด้านข้างแบบไม่สมมาตร ซึ่งตำแหน่งการกระจัดสูงสุดอาจไม่เกิดที่ชั้นบนสุดเสมอไป
