Relationships between Organization Cultures and Knowledge Management of Schools of the Secondary Education Service Area Office

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) Quality of Organization Culture of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani Province 2) Quality of Knowledge Management of The Secondary Education Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani Province, and 3) Relationships between Organization Cultures and Knowledge Management of Schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani Province. A sample of this study was selected from 310 administrators and teachers from Schools of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani Province. The 5-point rating scales questionnaires were the tool for this research. The statistical methods used in data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson Correlation. The results of the study were as follows: 1) Quality of organization culture of The Secondary Education Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani Province was rated high and the most practical. 2) Quality of Knowledge Management was high. 3) Quality of Organization Cultures and Knowledge Management of Schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani was medium. And they were statistically significant at .01 level.
