Factors Related to Classroom Research Competency of Teacher’s at the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30

Abstract

This research aims to : 1) study personal factors their impact on research conduct classroom of teacher’s at The Secondary Educational Service Area office 30, 2) environmental factors their impact on research conduct classroom of teacher’s at The Secondary Educational Service Area office 30, and 3) correlational analysis a personal factors and classroom research competency of teacher’ s at The Secondary Educational Service Area office 30. The samples were 320 The Secondary Educational Service Area office 30 teacher’ s selected by means of stratified randomization. They were asked to answer the designed questionnaire. Statistics used in this study involved a percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation.The results were as follows : 1) Personal factors a knowledge classroom research, a attitude towards classroom research and the incentive classroom research their impact on research conduct classroom of teachers were ranked at the high level, 2) environmental factors policies supports and work load and time work research their impact on research conduct classroom of teacher’s were ranked at the high level, and 3) There relations policies and supports there were several positively related classroom research Competency of teacher’s and significantly related at .01, and work load and time work positively related classroom research competency of teachers and research conduct were positively and significantly related at .05.
