Abstract

The aim of the present study is to investigate the formation of fungi C. gloeosporioides in Mango Nam Dok Mai See Thong by mean of light and transmission electron microscopy. because optical microscope and transmission Electron microscope can  detail of microstructure of fungus C. gloeosporioides Cause of anthracnose disease of mango . The same fungal structures were found in epidermal and parenchymal cells of the host. Infection vesicles were found in epidermal cells and parenchymal cells.
