The Development of Online Learning Management System

Abstract

            The research on the development of online learning management system aims to improve and evaluate the system efficiency by developing and testing the efficiency of systems in system operations, interfaces, design techniques, and system estimations; using specific means by five specialists. The tool used in the research is the system efficiency evaluation form. The statistic means are the average and the standard deviation.

The testing results show that the overall system efficiency is in high level. By evaluating each system, the efficiencies of system estimations and design techniques receive the highest score.
