The Development of Registration System via a smartphone : A case study of Bunditpatanasilpa Institute

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the educational administration system of Bunditpatanasilpa Institute 2) to develop the educational administration system to connect the registration work via a smartphone 3) to study the users’ satisfaction on the educational administration system of Bunditpatanasilpa Institute of Graduate Studies. Sample Specific selection from a population of 50 people consisting of 1) College of Dramatic Arts students. Grade 4 students, amount 20 people. 2) College of Dramatic Arts students. 20 first year tertiary students, and               3) teachers and professors The College of Dramatic Arts, consisting of 10 people, who are knowledgeable and are caring students. Students with technological understanding. Statistics used in data analysis include average and standard deviation.

The findings were as follows: 1) the educational administration system of Bunditpatanasilpa Institute is the system used for managing the education for students, teachers and instructors  which consists of 1.1) general users, such as students, teachers and instructors 1.2) system managers 2) the result of the development of the educational administration system to connect the registration work via a smartphone is found that the smartphone consists of 4 parts: 2.1) Admissions 2.2) Registration 2.3) Information 2.4) Library information search and 3) the users were satisfied with the educational administration system in good level. With an average of 3.91 percent and standard deviation of 0.19 percent
