The Impact of Network Competence Technological Capability on New Product Development

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to 1) to study the impact of network competence and technology capabilities of entrepreneurs on organization innovation and 2) Study the impact of organization innovation and firm performance. The questionnaires were used as the tool for collecting data. The statistical techniques used for the analysis of the collected data were simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis.


The results showed that 1) network competence includes network management tasks, relationship-specific tasks and social qualifications social qualifications affecting the innovation organization and found that technology capabilities consisting of primary technology and support technology 2) organization innovation affecting firm performance.
