Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop the website of Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao, in accordance with the website standards for units of the University of Phayao; and 2) evaluate user satisfaction with the Chiang Rai Campus website of the University of Phayao. The sample consisted of 90 participants, including experts, staff members, students, and external users, selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included the developed website, a consistency assessment form, and a user satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the development of the Chiang Rai Campus website of the University of Phayao was completed in accordance with the four dimensions of the University of Phayao’s unit website standards. The overall consistency assessment by experts was at a high level ( = 2.93 out of 3.00, S.D. = 0.12); and 2) the overall user satisfaction with the Chiang Rai Campus website of the University of Phayao was at the highest level (
= 4.52, S.D. = 0.58). The aspect of basic information and service information of the unit received the highest mean score.
