MICRO PLASTIC PART WITH PLASTICS INJECTION MOLDING TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The objective of this article to give the information about the importance of micro plastic injection molding technology, the important role of mirco plastic injection molding technology to industry, including the quality control system of micro plastic injection molding technology which the technology of injection machine, molding and quality control equipment has been improved for several years. Micro plastic injection molding work need special skill because the operator has to use the very high precision injection and molding machine which is different from the conventional injection machine. However, the development of the micro injection technology has been continuous growing to respond the requirement of industry and having chance to produce the Nano parts in the future.
