Publication Ethics

1.Responsibilities of Editors

1.1 Editors are responsible for assessing the quality of manuscripts to ensure alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, especially with regard to plagiarism.

1.2 Editors must select manuscripts that have passed peer review and been revised according to reviewer comments, ensuring completeness and academic accuracy.

1.3 Editors must ensure that manuscripts comply with the Author Guidelines. For research articles, this includes a sound methodology, reliable results, clear findings, and recommendations that are consistent with the research methodology and findings.

1.4 Editors must clarify any unclear points with authors, such as inconsistencies between findings and results, numerical errors, or unclear illustrations, and communicate appropriately with peer reviewers.

1.5 Editors must reject manuscripts that have been previously published, contain no proper citations, use unauthorized data, violate copyright, or exhibit unethical content, inappropriate language, violence, or discrimination.

1.6 Editors must not have any conflict of interest with authors or reviewers.

1.7 Editors must maintain confidentiality and not disclose information about authors or reviewers in any form.

1.8 Editors must not use any part of a submitted manuscript for their own work.

2. Responsibilities of Peer Reviewers

2.1 Reviewers must be fully aware of the journal’s policies and review process, including selection criteria, timeline, evaluation methods, and submission of reviewer reports.

2.2 Reviewers must accept to review only manuscripts within their area of expertise.

2.3 Reviewers must have no conflict of interest with the author(s).

2.4 If plagiarism or copyright infringement is suspected, reviewers must immediately inform the editor.

2.5 Reviewers should provide constructive and unbiased feedback to help authors improve their manuscripts, regardless of race, religion, gender, or personal beliefs.

2.6 Reviewers must coordinate with the editor for any clarification and must not contact authors directly.

2.7 Reviewers must not rewrite the manuscript based on personal writing preferences if the language used is already appropriate and clear. Only essential and necessary feedback should be provided.

2.8 Reviewers must not use any part of the manuscript for their own work.

3. Responsibilities of Authors

3.1 Authors must be thoroughly familiar with the journal’s policies and submission guidelines.

3.2 Authors must have made genuine contributions to the article as either a main author or co-author.

3.3 Authors must strictly adhere to academic integrity, including no plagiarism, no copyright infringement, and no conflicts of interest.

3.4 The submitted manuscript must be original and not previously published, nor part of any published work.

3.5 Authors are responsible for ensuring that references are formatted correctly according to the journal’s requirements.

3.6 Authors must revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewer comments within the specified timeframe.

3.7 Authors must report their research results with honesty and must not base conclusions or discussions solely on personal opinions or assumptions.

4. Ethics in Human or Animal Research (If Applicable)

If the manuscript involves human or animal research, authors must clearly indicate ethical approval for the research conducted, as part of the article content.
