  The ECTI-EEC journal employs a double-blind review process, meaning that the identities of both the reviewers and authors are kept confidential from one another throughout the review procedure.

  To facilitate this process, authors must prepare their manuscripts in a manner that conceals their identities. Specifically, names and affiliations should be removed from the title page of the manuscript in the first version submitted for review.

• Responsibilities of Editor and Editorial Board
  1. Editors have a responsibility to uphold the integrity of published literature. This includes, when necessary, publishing errata or corrections for any significant issues, issuing retractions, and expressing concerns as promptly as possible. Editors must adhere to the policy guidelines set forth by the publisher and carry out their responsibilities with integrity.
  2. Editor and editorial board are accountable for ensuring that the peer review and editorial process are conducted in a fair, timely, comprehensive, and civil manner.
• Responsibilities of Reviewer
  1. Confidentiality and disclosure of conflict of interest: Reviewers are strictly prohibited from disclosing any information from an assigned manuscript to external parties without the Editor's prior authorization or from retaining the data from an assigned article and should refrain from evaluating manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest that arise from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions associated with the submission.
  2. Contribution to editorial decisions: Peer review supports the editor in making informed editorial decisions and, through communication with the author, can also help the author enhance the manuscript.
  3. Timeliness and promptness: Reviewers should ethically commit to submitting their review comments within the designated timeframe and be sufficiently responsive to any inquiries raised by the editor.
• Responsibilities of Author
  1. Reporting standards: Authors are responsible for the facts and material in their articles and its significance. Authors should describe their research's original results and use proper citations when providing data and discussing the findings. Authors must provide replicable and understandable information. The authors must make figures and tables repeatable and readable.
  2. Originality and Plagiarism: An author should not repeat their own or others' research data when submitting an original work to a journal. Citing influencing literature should inform the area of work. Before submitting an article, authors should check the journal's scope and contact the Editorial office with any questions.
  3. Authorship of an article: Authors must follow authorship guidelines. All mentioned authors must have contributed significantly to the manuscript's research and approved its assertions. An author of an original research article must have designed the study, executed it, conducted the experiments, analyzed the data, supported the article's documentation and conclusion, or led the project as a principal investigator. Everyone who contributed significantly to the research must be included.
  4. Acknowledgement of sources: Financial or personal interests governing the manuscript's results or research, together with financial support and sources, should be disclosed. By submitting an article, authors acknowledge that it is not under consideration or published in another journal.
  5. Publisher's confirmation: If scientific misconduct, fraudulent publication, or plagiarism is suspected, the publisher and editors will work together to clarify the problem and rectify the article. This may involve publishing an erratum or, in extreme situations, retracting the work.

1. Plagiarism will be assessed within the confines of the ECTI Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications. If plagiarism is discovered by any editor, reviewer, or member of the editorial board at any step of the article process, including the proof stage, editing, or acceptance, we will let the author or authors know and ask them to either update the text or include citations for the sources they used. The article may be rejected and the author will be notified if more than 30% of the text is determined to be plagiarized.
2. Plagiarism Check: All articles submitted for publication undergo a plagiarism check post-submission and prior to the review process.
3. Detected Plagiarism: An article exhibiting 30% plagiarism will be rejected prior to evaluation. The authors are encouraged to amend the document and submit it again.
4. Report Plagiarism: The editorial team and reviewer team have exercised the utmost care in evaluating plagiarism. However, if plagiarism is detected in published articles of ECTI-EEC, the original contributor is responsible for reporting the plagiarized content to us. The Author(s) will be notified, and the reported cases will be re-evaluated in order to make revisions. The paper will be removed from web sources until the author submits a revised version.
