การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงานและเอ็กเซอร์จีของระบบกักเก็บความเย็น ในรูปน้ำแข็งบนขดท่อด้วยความร้อนทิ้ง

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงานและเอ็กเซอร์จีของระบบกักเก็บความเย็นในรูปน้ำแข็งบนขอท่อด้วยความร้อนทิ้ง ประกอบด้วยระบบทำความเย็นแบบอัดไอ 2 TR ร่วมกับระบบผลิตน้ำแข็งขนาด 250 L หุ้มฉนวนกันความร้อนอย่างดีภายในถังติดตั้งขดท่อทองแดงขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางภายใน 9.5 mm. ขดเป็นคอยล์จำนวน 15 ชั้น ใช้ R410A แลกเปลี่ยนความร้อนกับน้ำปริมาณ 210 L อุณหภูมิเริ่มต้น 30°C สารทำความเย็นจากคอมเพรสเซอร์
ไหลผ่านขดท่อแลกเปลี่ยนความร้อนซึ่งติดตั้งภายในถังบรรจุความร้อนทิ้งขนาด 80 L ก่อนไหลเข้าสู่คอนเดนเซอร์โดยในการทดลองปรับตั้งความถี่ไฟฟ้าคอมเพรสเซอร์ที่ 40, 45 และ 50 Hz สัมพันธ์กับความร้อนทิ้งอุณหภูมิ 70, 80
และ 90°C ตามลำดับ จากการศึกษาพบว่า สมรรถนะด้านพลังงานของระบบที่ความถี่ 40 Hz ร่วมกับความร้อนทิ้งอุณหภูมิ 90°C มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สมรรถนะสูงสุดเมื่อเทียบกับระบบเดิมที่ไม่ติดตั้งระบบความร้อนทิ้งร้อยละ 10.15  นอกจากนี้ระบบที่เปลี่ยนแปลงความถี่ไฟฟ้าสัมพันธ์กับความร้อนทิ้งยังมีค่าความสามารถในการทำความเย็นใกล้เคียงกัน ต่างจากระบบเดิมที่ไม่ติดตั้งระบบนำความร้อนทิ้งกลับมาใช้ใหม่ซึ่งมีค่าลดลงเมื่อเวลาเพิ่มขึ้น ประสิทธิภาพเอ็กเซอร์จีมีค่าเพิ่มขึ้นเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 8.0-18.0 ประสิทธิภาพพลังงานเพิ่มขึ้นเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 89.0-91.0 ผลประหยัดพลังงานไฟฟ้าสูงสุดร้อยละ 19.1 และระยะเวลาคืนทุนเร็วสุด 2.11 ปี สามารถประยุกต์ใช้งานกับระบบทำความเย็นและปรับอากาศทั้งภาคอุตสาหกรรมและที่อยู่อาศัยได้
