มาตรฐานทางจริยธรรม

 

Editors should be responsible for everything published in their journals. They should:

หน้าที่ของบรรณาธิการต่องานทั้งหมดที่มีการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสาร มีดังนี้:

• strive to meet the needs of readers and authors;

ดำเนินการให้ตรงตามความประสงค์ของผู้อ่านและผู้นิพนธ์

• constantly improve the journal;

ทำการปรับปรุงวารสารอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

• ensure the quality of the material they publish;

ทำการรับรองคุณภาพของงานวิจัยที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์

• champion freedom of expression;

สนับสนุนเสรีภาพในการแสดงความคิดเห็น

• maintain the integrity of the academic record;

คงไว้ซึ่งความถูกต้องของรายงานการศึกษา

• always be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed.

ทำการชี้แจงการแก้ไขด้วยความเต็มใจ การทำให้เกิดความกระจ่าง การถอน และการขออภัย หากจำเป็น

 

Duties of Reviewers:

หน้าที่ของผู้ประเมินบทความ:

• The reviewers should not have conflicts of interest with the author(s) or institutions affiliated to the manuscripts.

ผู้ประเมินไม่ควรมีความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์กับผู้แต่งหรือสถาบันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบทความ

• The reviewers an unbiased manner to comments, questions, concerns regarding the manuscripts

ผู้ประเมินมีความคิดเห็นที่เป็นกลางต่อความคิดเห็น คำถาม ข้อกังวล เกี่ยวกับบทความ

• Maintain confidentiality of all information and documents.

รักษาความลับของข้อมูลและเอกสารทั้งหมด

• Provide prompt, timely feedback to the Editors.

ให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่รวดเร็วแก่บรรณาธิการ

• Never use data or materials disclosed through the review process for their own benefit.

ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลที่เปิดเผยผ่านกระบวนการประเมินเพื่อผลประโยชน์ของตนเอง

• Assist the editorial team in making editorial decisions as to whether or not to accept submitted manuscripts and also suggest the author in improving the article.

ช่วยเหลือทีมบรรณาธิการในการตัดสินใจว่าจะยอมรับบทความที่ส่งมาหรือไม่และแนะนำผู้เขียนในการปรับปรุงบทความ

 

Duties of Authors:

หน้าที่ของผู้เขียนบทความ:

• Ensure that the submitted manuscript original work with sufficient detail and correct citations.

ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าบทความต้นฉบับที่ส่งมีรายละเอียดที่เพียงพอและการอ้างอิงที่ถูกต้อง

• Don't submit any manuscript that contains data falsification, plagiarism, or duplicate submission.

ห้ามส่งต้นฉบับที่มีการปลอมแปลงข้อมูลการลอกเลียนแบบหรือการส่งซ้ำ

• The manuscripts have no conflicts of interest.

บทความต้องไม่มีความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์

• Provide proper acknowledgement of research funding agencies in the manuscripts.

มีการแสดงข้อมูลของทุนวิจัยหรือหน่วยงานทุนวิจัยในบทความ (หากมี)

• The Authors must accept the decision from the journal editor.

ผู้เขียนจะต้องยอมรับผลการตัดสินใจจากบรรณาธิการวารสาร

• The Authors must prepare the manuscript correctly and completely according to the journal instruction.

ผู้เขียนจะต้องจัดทำต้นฉบับอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามคำแนะนำในวารสาร
