Editor’s roles

  1. Consider the content of the articles in accordance with the goals and scope of the journal, including checking the quality of the articles for accuracy before publication.
  2. Improve and maintain the standard of quality and up-to-date journals regularly.
  3. Promote freedom of expression and maintain the accuracy of academic work.
  4. Protect the standards of intellectual property from business needs.
  5. Be willing to correct publishing errors, clarify, retract articles and apologize if necessary.
  6. Editors must not be involved with authors or experts, not to use articles for business purposes or use them as their own academic works.
  7. Editors must consider the importance of newness, clarity of articles, duplicity or plagiarism in evaluating articles. Editors must stop the evaluation process and contact the latter author to notify and request clarification for acceptance or approval. Reject an article for publication.
  8. Editors should clarify or provide information about the peer review process.
  9. The journal should have an opportunity for the author to appeal if the author has a different opinion from the editor's decision.
  10. The journal should publish advice to authors or authors of articles on all issues that editors and delegates should be aware of, and advice should always be updated.
  11. Editors and assignees should not change their decision to accept articles that have been rejected for publication unless serious problems arise during the submission of the article for review and the process for publication has not yet ended. published
  12. Editors and delegates should not decide to withdraw an article unless serious problems are proven or the author or author of the article does not comply with the standards set by the journal.
  13. Editors should clearly publish recommendations to article reviewers on all issues expected, and recommendations should be kept up-to-date.
  14. Editors should have systems in place to protect the personal information of reviewers and the review process should have systems in place to ensure that articles submitted to journals are kept confidential during the review process.

 

Author's role

  1. The author's work must be a work that has not been published or published anywhere before, including not being considered for publication anywhere.
  2. Authors must not copy other people's works and must refer every time when presenting other people's works or citing their own articles.
  3. The author must disclose the source of funding for academic work.
  4. The author must not publish the work or publish it with other sources after it has been published with the journal.
  5. The author's name appearing in the article must be a person who actually participated in this academic work.

 

Roles and responsibilities of the experts assessing the articles

  1. The experts must take into account the quality of the articles as the main consideration, considering the articles under academic principles and reasons without prejudice or personal opinions and without any conflict of interest with the authors.
  2. Experts must not seek benefits from the academic work they have assessed.
  3. If a qualified person finds that an article being evaluated is a plagiarized article, another qualified person must notify the editor immediately.

      4. Experts must not disclose the article's information to unrelated people.
