Abstract

The purposes of this survey research article were to 1) develop a process for frog farming based on the readiness of individuals and the community, 2) promote the application of technology to frog farming, and 3) development of personal self-reliance. The population in this study comprised residents of Ban Kangkob community, along with teachers and educational personnel. The sample group comprised 30 persons selected through purposive sampling with voluntary participation in Kangkob village of Tal Sum sub-district, and 10 teachers. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The descriptive statistics used frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) the level of the application of knowledge to frog farming overall was at the highest level ( = 4.23, S.D. = 0.230), 2) the level of the application of technology to frog farming overall was at the highest level ( = 4.36, S.D. = 0.236), and 3) the level of development of personal self-reliance overall was at the high level ( = 4.14, S.D. = 0.168).
