This research aimed to study the problems and needs for developing the training registration system at Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University and to develop the training registration system using the Agile approach. The study began by investigating the problems and needs through interviews with 15 faculty members and staff. The main issues identified in the promotion and management of the registration system were a shortage of personnel, budget constraints, and unclear communication. Based on the analysis, the research team developed and designed the training registration system with five main functions: training courses, course booking, training status, login system, and certificate issuance. The system's efficiency was then evaluated by nine experts, yielding an average score of 4.50, indicating the highest level of efficiency. Two rounds of system trials showed that the system functioned as designed, with feedback suggesting improvements in the clarity of explanations and steps. Finally, a satisfaction survey was conducted with 323 users, revealing that the system achieved a high level of user satisfaction, with an average score of 4.46, reflecting the success of the Agile-based development in meeting user needs and improving the efficiency of the registration process.
