Career Group Counseling Program to development Career Awareness among Senior Studentsat the Faculty of Industrial Eduaction, Rajamangala University of Technology PraNakorn

This research was to study 1) to develop a group counseling program to increase career awareness for college students 2) to investigate career awareness among college students, and 3) to compare the results of career awareness of college students who attended group counseling use to Career Group Counseling and a Career Awareness Questionnaire were instruments for this research. Participants were senior students (Transferred) in the first semester, 2013 from the Faculty of Industrial Eduaction, Rajamangala University of Technology PraNakorn. Findings were : 1) There were no differences among college students (Experimental and Control groups) on the career awareness at the baseline 2) After attending the Career Group Counseling Programs to development Career Awareness, students in the experimental group increased scores on the Career Awareness Questionnaire significantly 3) Students in the experimental group who attended the program significantly gained higher scores of the Career Awareness Questionnaire more than students in the control group.
