The research on “Style of Leadership towards Leadership Effectiveness: A Case Study View Points of Foreign Tourist Visitors at Pattaya City” had established the research objectives as follows. 1) To study the leadership towards organization; a case study viewpoints of foreign tourist visitors at Pattaya city. 2) To study the leadership effectiveness towards the organization : a case study viewpoints of foreign tourist visitors at Pattaya city, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for style of leadership towards leadership effectiveness; a case study viewpoints of foreign tourist visitors at Pattaya city. This study applied qualitative research method by the key informants here were the foreign tourist visitors at Pattaya city. The researchers used an in-depth interview and set to have 30 key informants. It was found from the study results. 1) Charismatic Leaders; the future leader must have far visions since in the future Pattaya would become the key tourist destination. It required for the non-corruption leader therefore, the goal must be placed to drive toward the achievement. Leader must consider people and family, brother or sister and consider their problems as his/her own troubles that must rush to help solving the problems. Leader should go down into the local areas to meet with residents and he/she shall work sincerely and honestly where people can re-check their operation as well as any budgets to gain acceptance on their morality. Leader should pay attention on his/her works and what are under their responsibility with the ability in an outstanding aspect and be able to provide well knowledge or suggestions to the others. 2) Transformational leadership shall have the far and careful vision as well as the clear vision in mind. The leader or management shall have the goal for the organization whether what will be developed in the next 1 -3 years for Pattaya city to become with more prosperity, or how to attract more tourists into town. There shall be the really possible missions and the functions must be run for the success with the standard works that gain universal acceptance. The operation must be processed in the right procedure, not just as what they want. Leader shall take lead in various aspects and he/she must initiate on the developments not the single development then finished. Leader shall also develop in other aspects no matter the structure, management, economics, and education of local people in their district and aim to solve and end the local problems to become the developed tourist destinations that attract visitors to visit with advancement. Leader should consider on the present and future not only the past and follow up with the needs of people as a main. Leader may give attention to technologies and innovations to help develop Pattaya to become the tourist’s destination and safe for tourists to stay without robbery or crime. 3) Transactional leadership, as a good leader, the leader shall pay attention to their own role to process in conformance with the rules and regulations as assigned. To hold the role of leader of thinkable and resolvable not only for their own face or work only when someone asked for. Leader should form their works with interesting and it should benefit to all not only himself/herself. Leader shall know well about their role and responsibilities. Good leader shall control work in well manner and present and performance that indicates the potential in the measurement of efficiency and effectiveness. 4) Leadership effectiveness towards organization Good leader shall plan to work with the clear goal that aims toward successfulness and doable. To do things, it must be done with a goal toward achievement and to consider obstacles and the opportunity in work. Good leader must have a good heart, kindness towards colleagues and subordinates, being so warm to motivate people to work together. Leader must rule for the peaceful of the country and consider people as family that he/she will try to find the good things for them for the better development of the places. Besides, leader shall come out to meet with people to listen to their suggestions or ask them directly for the people to feel warm with the attention as paid to people in family. 5) Problems and obstacles Pattaya had large population group from the tourists who come to visit the city. The problem was we cannot look after all these and the leader should consider this as an individual who faced with the problem, then brought it to develop for the solution. The good leader shall work fast by reducing some rules and regulations to speed up the service since there still be much of delay problems on service. The emphasis should be on the result rather than compliance to the rules and to consider the overall pictures in several aspects such as safety, infrastructure, public health, and fair medical cost since the tourists complained on the high medical expenses. 6) Recommendations Pattaya as a city of tourists, it shall be developed in mixed between the advancement and well environment, buildings, roads, parks, amusement, tourist attractions, entertainment spots, restaurants, etc. shall be in good manner with safety. The city must be planned in systematic ways and the leader should have vision that prompt for changes no matter on the aspects of innovation, morality, ethical, or good governance. It should well develop the safety system for tourists and visitors. Besides, to control on garbage and pollution with the advanced infrastructure. It shall protect their people and visitors on the well living, clean roads, garbage system, pave way, personal cars and buses both public and private should be in well manner with systematic traffic system that well facilitates to people. On the part of tourist police, there shall be sufficient patrol in all shifts as it can be seen that Pattaya normally had the robbery problems, leader shall pay much attention on this. Besides, on the medical system, the expenses should be control within the acceptable rates.
