Factors influencing the selection of a private residence for students of Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study Factors influencing the selection of a private residence for students of Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus. The samplings of the research are student 392 people of Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus. The tools used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA by SPSS package program. The statistical significance is at .05 level requirement. The research found that most students are female who aged between 21 - 22 years, with studying in the 4th year which has monthly income of 6,001-8,000 baht. The analysis result of information about Factors influencing the selection of a private residence for students of Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus that overall factors important levels are high considering each aspect. They are satisfied at each item at a high level from the first was the product, price, people, process, physical evidence, Medium level were process, followed by place and promotion.
