In order to move to Thailand 4.0, every organization needs to prepare and reform the human resource management. The reform, the developing emotional intelligence of a new executive, is an essential factor to lead the organization to success. To achieve that goal, the new executive needs to enhance emotional self-control for dealing with problems and conflict management in the organization.
