Abstract

This article is about Knowledge sharing in organizations. Currently, many public and private organizations are interested in applying Knowledge management (KM) concepts to their organizations. And Knowledge management will not work if the concept of Knowledge sharing is not appropriate. Knowledge sharing is the most critical process of Knowledge management. To lead the organization to success and to complete a learning organization.
