Upgrading Safe Shrimp Farmers to Digital Entrepreneurs of Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research study were: 1) to develop a course for safe shrimp farmers to become digital entrepreneurs in Nakhon Pathom province; 2) to develop an electronic manual on digital entrepreneurship course and business alliance network linkage in Nakhon Pathom province; and 3) to link business alliance networks for safe shrimp farmers to become digital entrepreneurs in Nakhon Pathom province. This research was a study in the form of research and development. The results showed that: 1) The development of the digital entrepreneurship course, a 16-hour training period consisting of 4 units: 1) technology, 2) marketing, 3) finance and accounting, and 4) business plan, had the assessment of suitability at the highest level; the average was 4.95 and the standard deviation was 0.22. In addition, the results of the trial with a sample of 30 people found that the score of the participants after attending the course was statistically significantly higher than before learning at the level of 0.05. 2) The results of the examination of the electronic manual of the course showed that it was the electronic media that was most suitable for the participants; the average was 5.00 and the standard deviation was 0.00. The participants were most satisfied with the course and the electronic manual; the average was 4.60 and the standard deviation was 0.65. 3) The results of linking the network of business alliances by organizing focus group were found to provide opportunities for all participants to build good relationships, form partnerships, and work in a manner that is mutually beneficial. The knowledge and expertise of each person could be used to create new things, providing a platform for workers to develop or solve common problems and proposing to promote knowledge-building through negotiation for dealing with entrepreneurs as well as middlemen in business operations.
