Good governance based administration of Bungkasam Sub-district Administrative Organization at Nong Suea District Pathum Thani Province

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study (1) problems of good governance based administration of Bungkasam Sub-district Administrative Organization and (2) development guidelines of good governance based administration of Bungkasam Sub-district Administrative Organization. Good Governance Concept of the Office of Public Sector Development Commission was applied for this study.  As the survey research, this study used questionnaire as the tool for field data collection of 381 samples residing in Bungkasam Sub-district Administrative Organization area. Statistics applied for data analysis were percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation (S.D.).The findings revealed that (1) the major problem of good governance based administration was Bungkasam Sub-district Administrative Organization had not formulated explicit policy and plan in line with people’s needs, and had provided services to some groups, and (2) the major development guidelines of good governance based administration was Bungkasam Sub-district Administrative Organization should provide equitable services to all groups of people in all communities with honesty and integrity for people’s happiness.
