The Application Development of Accounting Revenue-Expenditure for Android Operating System

Abstract

The study aimed to 1) develop an accounting revenue-expenditure application on the android operating system, 2) evaluate the quality of the applications, and 3) study users’ satisfaction towards the application. Subjects were 30 students of the 4^th year of Information and Communication Technology program, Rajabhat Mahasarakham University. The research tools used were an Accounting Revenue-expenditure Application, A Qualitative evaluation form, and A Questionnaire of satisfaction on using the application. The data was analyzed by using mean and standard deviation.

 The study results were as follows: 1) Accounting revenue-expenditure applications for the Android operating system was developed consisted of 4 main systems include 1) User Account Management System 2) Revenue-expenditure system, 3) Alert syste (when user gain the cost exceeding the budget specified in each category), and 4) Report system.  2) The quality of the application identified by experts was at a high level. 3) The users’ satisfaction towards the application was at the highest level.
