A Development of Information System for The Bangchan Village water supply, Bangchan District, Muang District, Phetchaburi Province

Abstract

This research has purposes to develop applied program for system maintenance and to evaluate the efficiency from the users' satisfaction towards the information system of Bang Jarn Village Waterworks Authority in Bang Jarn sub-district, Mueang district, Phetchaburi.  The target group is  30 Committees and Employees of Bang Jarn Village's Waterworks Authority. The tools that were used in this research are: 1) Information System of Bang Jarn Village's Waterworks Authority, and 2) Questionnaire that asked about the evaluation of the efficiency for the organization's information system. The statistic methods used in this research are to find the average and Standard Deviation (S.D.). The results of the research are found that the development of information system used in Bang Jarn Village's Waterworks Authority has the system operational process separated into 2 parts which are 1) The information of the Committees of Bang Jarn Village's Waterworks Authority are consisted of Members who are registered with their personal information background such as names and addresses in order to get authorized to use the water in their households and the information of installation of waterworks for members' households by checking the water pipe system from the village's map. 2) The administration is consisted of inputting data in the system for registration and system reports. From the results in the evaluation of the efficiency for the Bang Jarn Village's Waterworks Authority information system from the target group has been evaluated in the most of satisfaction level.
