บทคัดย่อ

Vegetable growing-area site selection in Tonghai County should account for both natural production conditions and supply-chain accessibility. This systematic review followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and employed two complementary Scopus searches covering agricultural land suitability, GIS-based multi-criteria decision-making, cold-chain facilities, logistics hubs, and market accessibility. A total of 139 records were identified, of which 45 full-text studies were included in the final synthesis. Among the factors examined, slope received the strongest direct support in the literature, followed by travel time to major export markets, access to county-level wholesale markets or logistics hubs, and proximity to cold-storage, pre-cooling, or processing facilities. Based on the literature and the specific production and distribution conditions of Tonghai County, the proposed framework comprises three natural factors, four economic factors related to supply-chain accessibility, two social factors, and three categories of ecological and policy constraints. This framework provides a systematic basis for subsequent AHP-based weight determination and GIS-based land-suitability assessment.
