ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการร่วมขนส่งของผู้ผลิตในการค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการร่วมขนส่งของผู้ผลิต สำหรับธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่และเพื่อประเมินทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับผู้ผลิตในการร่วมขนส่ง โดยงานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการศึกษาการร่วมขนส่งในมุมมองของผู้ผลิตเพียงอย่างเดียว ทั้งนี้ ในการร่วมขนส่งจะประสบผลสำเร็จได้ จะต้องทำการศึกษาและพิจารณาปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งในด้านต้นทุน ความน่าเชื่อถือ การดำเนินงาน ความยืดหยุ่น และผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้น (AHP) ในการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยและให้ค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญของแต่ละปัจจัยรวมทั้งทำแบบสอบถามเพื่อให้ผู้ผลิตให้คะแนนปัจจัยและประเมินทางเลือกในการร่วมขนส่งที่เหมาะสมในประเทศไทย จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสอบถามของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่สนใจในการร่วมขนส่งพบว่าปัจจัยที่ผู้ประกอบการให้ความสำคัญมากที่สุดอันดับที่หนึ่ง คือ ปัจจัยด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ เรื่อง คุณภาพสินค้าไม่เสียหายหรือสูญหายตลอดการขนส่ง และผลสรุปของการประเมินทางเลือก พบว่า การใช้ Hub เป็นจุดศูนย์รวมสินค้าที่ขนส่งมาจากผู้ผลิตเองในแต่ละราย คือทางเลือกที่ผู้ประกอบการเห็นว่าเหมาะสมที่สุดในการร่วมขนส่งสำหรับธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่
