การพยากรณ์ปริมาณฝุ่นละออง PM2.5 ในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ด้วยแบบจำลองการเรียนรู้ของเครื่อง การเรียนรู้เชิงลึก และแบบจำลองลูกผสมฐาน Prophet

ปัญหาฝุ่นละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 2.5 ไมครอน (PM2.5) ในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ เป็นปัญหาสำคัญทั้งด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและสุขภาพ โดยปริมาณฝุ่นจะมีความเปลี่ยนแปลงตามฤดูกาล และได้รับผลจากปัจจัยด้านมลพิษทางอากาศและอุตุนิยมวิทยาหลายด้าน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของแบบจำลองพื้นฐาน แบบจำลองการเรียนรู้ของเครื่อง แบบจำลองการเรียนรู้เชิงลึก และแบบจำลองลูกผสมฐาน Prophet สำหรับการพยากรณ์ปริมาณ PM2.5 รายวันในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2563 ถึง ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 โดยข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ปริมาณ PM2.5 และ ตัวแปรด้านมลพิษทางอากาศและอุตุนิยมวิทยา 10 ตัวแปร ซึ่งทำการแบ่งข้อมูลตามลำดับเวลาเป็น ชุดฝึกสอน ใช้ข้อมูลระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2563–2566 ชุดตรวจสอบ ปี พ.ศ. 2567 และชุดทดสอบ ปี พ.ศ. 2568 การทดลองทำการประเมินผลการพยากรณ์ล่วงหน้า 1, 3 และ 7 วัน โดยเปรียบเทียบแบบจำลอง Persistence, Moving Average, Prophet, LSTM, GRU, XGBoost, Prophet-LSTM, Prophet-GRU และ Prophet-XGBoost ซึ่งพิจารณาจากค่า RMSE, MAE, MAPE และ รวมถึงการจำแนกวันที่ PM2.5 เกิน 50 ไมโครกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร พบว่า GRU ให้ผลดีที่สุดในการพยากรณ์ล่วงหน้า 1 และ 3 วัน โดยมีค่า RMSE เท่ากับ 12.2476 และ 18.4001 ตามลำดับ ขณะที่ Prophet ให้ผลดีที่สุดในการพยากรณ์ล่วงหน้า 7 วัน โดยมีค่า RMSE เท่ากับ 20.5216 ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่าแบบจำลองที่เหมาะสมอาจแตกต่างกันตามระยะพยากรณ์ และการเปรียบเทียบหลายกลุ่มแบบจำลองช่วยให้เข้าใจข้อเด่นและข้อจำกัดของแต่ละวิธีได้ดีขึ้น สามารถนำไปใช้สนับสนุนการพัฒนาเครื่องมือพยากรณ์และระบบเฝ้าระวัง PM2.5 ในระดับพื้นที่ต่อไป
