ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานเก็บขยะ ของพนักงานในเทศบาลแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี

การวิจัยรูปแบบพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานเก็บขนขยะเทศบาลแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 97 คน ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของอาสาสมัครโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยการทดสอบไคสแควร์และการทดสอบของฟิสเชอร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 94.85 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 43.55 ปี ประสบการณ์ทำงานเฉลี่ย 7.15 ปี พนักงานมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในการทำงานไม่เหมาะสม ร้อยละ 57.73 มีทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานไม่เหมาะสม ร้อยละ 53.61 มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานด้านความปลอดภัยเหมาะสม ร้อยละ 58.76 และมีพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานเหมาะสม ร้อยละ 52.58 สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่าทัศนคติความปลอดภัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.01) ดังนั้นเสนอแนะให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมให้พนักงานมีทัศนคติความปลอดภัยในการทำงานเก็บขยะเพื่อให้พนักงานมีพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่ดีขึ้น
