Abstract
This research project was the management of Construction Internet Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) in Lotus Express mini-store Soi Ladprao 130. The objective was to develop a process by using Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) application to install Internet ADSL. The results showed the critical path of the project and the relationship of the activity in the installation of the ADSL Internet. It was sure about the time to install the Internet term and made confidence among the service providers install Internet ADSL. This ensured customers satisfaction in the operational framework. Customers set at 5 days for the installation of ADSL Internet in the store. When using PERT/CPM into the project, it could be implemented effectively by using 40 activities on node. Using these activities on node, it was found that the installation of ADSL Internet in that store could be completed within 4.5 days. And the project was completed within 5 days is equal to 99.99% and the variance of the project was 53.91 minutes. By using fractional number of a day, it was found that the installation of ADSL internet there could be completed at 6 days when comparing with PERT/CPM per day.
