บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาหาแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการงานสำหรับผู้ป่วยคดีและศพ กรณีศึกษากลุ่มงานนิติเวช โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของหน่วยงานที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ป่วยคดีและศพ ช่วยให้สามารถใช้งานข้อมูลระหว่างหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ร่วมกันได้ ด้วยการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกลางสำหรับจัดการข้อมูลและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ของหน่วยงานทั้งหมดร่วมกัน ประกอบด้วย 1) ระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับงานสืบสวนสอบสวน 2) ระบบงานสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลของกลุ่มงานนิติเวช 3) ระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลคดีสำหรับสำนักงานอัยการ และ 4) แอ็ปพลิเคชันสำหรับผู้ป่วยคดีและศพ ผลที่ได้จากออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ สามารถลดขั้นตอนการดำเนินการและลดภาระการทำงานที่มีความซ้ำซ้อนของหน่วยงานได้ทั้งหมด 5 ขั้นตอน และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.67 (จากคะแนนเต็ม 5) โดยใช้ทฤษฎีแบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (TAM) เป็นเครื่องมือในการประเมินผล
