บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดของเสียในกระบวนการผลิตขวดน้ำพอลิเอทิลีนความหนาแน่นสูง (High-Density Polyethylene: HDPE) โดยการนำเศษวัสดุจากกระบวนการผลิตกลับมาใช้ใหม่ เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิตซึ่งเดิมก่อให้เกิดความสูญเสียเฉลี่ยมากกว่า 110,000 บาทต่อเดือน การศึกษานี้ได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาเครื่องบดพลาสติกต้นแบบสำหรับย่อยเศษวัสดุ HDPE และทำการทดลองผสมเม็ดพลาสติก HDPE เกรด A กับเศษพลาสติกที่บดแล้วในอัตราส่วนที่แตกต่างกัน ได้แก่ 1:1, 2:1 และ 1:2 จากนั้นนำส่วนผสมไปขึ้นรูปด้วยกระบวนการเป่าขึ้นรูป (Blow Molding) เพื่อผลิตขวดน้ำขนาด 20 ลิตร และเตรียมชิ้นงานทดสอบแรงดึงตามมาตรฐาน ASTM D638 แบบ Type IV โดยใช้เครื่อง Universal Testing Machine (UTM) ชิ้นงานทดสอบในแต่ละอัตราส่วนเตรียมจำนวน 5 ตัวอย่าง การทดลองในแต่ละอัตราส่วนทำซ้ำจำนวน 5 ครั้ง และวิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลการทดสอบที่มีความถูกต้อง


ผลการทดลองพบว่าอัตราส่วนผสม 1:1 และ 2:1 ให้ค่าความต้านทานแรงดึงอยู่ในช่วง 20–31 MPa ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของวัสดุ HDPE โดยอัตราส่วน 1:1 เป็นสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสมที่สุด เนื่องจากสามารถรักษาคุณสมบัติเชิงกลของผลิตภัณฑ์ไว้ได้โดยไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความแข็งแรงของวัสดุ ขณะที่อัตราส่วน 1:2 ให้ค่าความต้านทานแรงดึงต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการนำเศษพลาสติกกลับมาใช้ใหม่ในสัดส่วนไม่เกิน 50% สามารถลดปริมาณของเสียจากกระบวนการผลิตได้ประมาณ 50% ส่งผลให้ต้นทุนจากการสูญเสียของ
