As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Format
1. Articles not more than 15 pages in length, single-sided A4 paper, Margins (top, bottom, left, right) are 1 inch (2.45 cm).
2. Abstract, references, and content set to double columns.
3. English font is Times New Roman,
Composition of the Article
1. Article title
2. Authors’ information: write (all) the authors’ names, affiliations, departments, cities, countries, and email addresses (set to Single Column).
3. Abstract: Must be under 200 words and not include subheadings or citations. Define all symbols used in the abstract. Do not delete the blank line immediately above the abstract.
4) Index Terms: Enter keywords or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas.
5) Content
5.1 Academic articles should include Introduction, Content, and Conclusion.
5.2 Research articles should include an introduction, literature review, materials and methods, Results, Discussion, and conclusion.
Clearly summarize the paper’s important findings. It should include objectives, methods, and major results.
6. Introduction
The Introduction section of the reference text expands on the background of the work (some overlap with the Abstract is acceptable). The introduction should not include subheadings.
7) Pictures, tables, etc., must be used in numerical order in the article, properly cited, and must not infringe on others’ copyrights.
The chart should be colored contrastingly or in black and white.
8) Reference
8.1. Cited in the main text. Indicate the number in the [ ] mark at the end of the text or the name of the referring person. Place the numbers on the same line as the content, e.g., [1].
8.2. Cited after the article. Put all bibliographical references after the article, and order them according to the author’s name; please refer to IEEE format.
