Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to the tenth volume of the International Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology (ISJET). This milestone issue arrives at a dynamic period where physical environments, digital infrastructure, and human psychology increasingly intersect. The ten exceptional papers featured herein reflect our ongoing commitment to harnessing advanced computational methods to solve complex, real-world problems.
Modern logistics and data management demand robust optimization. To this end, our authors present a hybrid optimization-simulation approach for supply chain network design under uncertainty and in highly perishable environments. Complementing this operational focus, another study addresses cost minimization in 3D bin packing under orientation and operational constraints, providing a timely case study in e-commerce fulfillment. Pushing the boundaries of edge computing, researchers also explore an Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm using cosine similarity on a Raspberry Pi cluster to enhance medical data classification.
In the realm of autonomous mobility and computer vision, a critical study evaluates the robustness of road-tracking Systems for autonomous driving to environmental disruptions. Similarly, a comprehensive review of the DonkeyCar autonomous driving platform, which uses a neural network, provides vital insights for accessible, small-scale deployments. Bridging computer vision and generative AI, a detailed paper on face photo-to-sketch synthesis using CycleGAN breaks down the crucial roles of residual blocks and spectral normalization.
Technological interventions in precision agriculture are highlighted by an automated, IoT-based mushroom greenhouse control system that enables real-time environmental management via the Blynk application. Further exploring agricultural efficiency, a specialized agronomic study details the effect of intermittent photoperiod on yield and light-use efficiency of the common ice plant (Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.) under controlled-environment conditions.
Finally, we explore AI’s computational and sociological dimensions. Addressing natural language processing, a novel hybrid of syntactic structure and contextual semantics is introduced to enhance product review sentiment analysis. Moving to the human-AI interface, a thought-provoking piece examines AI as a form of escapism, analyzing the psychological dimensions of modern user interactions.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our peer reviewers, the editorial board, and our authors. We hope this volume inspires continued cross-disciplinary collaboration within the global engineering and technology community.

Dear Colleagues,
The importance of information and artificial intelligence in contemporary society is indisputable. The timely utilization of information can provide organizations with a competitive advantage. However, the process of extracting meaningful insights from data can be challenging and may require a significant investment of time. Artificial intelligence, specifically neural networks, possesses the ability to adjust to various inputs and generate optimal outcomes that accomplish the required informational requirements.
The potential outcome of increased effectiveness and efficiency in the work process has been demonstrated in various research articles: Autonomous Driving Smart Car Based on Deep Learning, Comparison of Backbones for Microscopic Object Detection Algorithms, Comparison of Keywords Extraction Techniques in Kickstarter and Indiegogo Projects, Design and Development of a Carry-On Bag to Support Women in Work-and-Travel Activities, Study of Effects of Inlet Wind Velocity and Direction on Airflow around the Buildings Using CFD Turbulence Models: A Case Study of the Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin (Salaya Campus), Thailand, and Sentiment Analysis on Thai Social Media Using Convolutional Neural Networks and Long Short-Term Memory.

Dear Colleagues,
Information and artifcial intelligence undeniably play an important role in our modern society. The ability to use the information at the right time can give companies an edge over the competition. However, developing information from data is not always easy and can be time-consuming. This is where artifcial intelligence comes into play. Artifcial intelligence, such as neural networks can adapt to changing inputs and are able to produce the best result that provides the information needed. This can lead to more effectiveness and efciency in the work process, as shown in research articles: Deep Constitutional Neural Networks based on VGG-16 Transfer Learning for Abnormalities Peeled Shrimp Classifcation, Fluke Eggs Detection and Classifcation Using Deep Convolution Neural Network, Identifying ATM Fraud Transactions in Thailand using Outlier Detection with Location-Based Grouping and Behavior Feature. The other multidisciplinary contents of the research articles are Comparison of Keyword Etraction Methods for Crowdfunding Projects Based on the Web Data, Developing of Grip Comfort of Perfume Bottles by Applying the Concepts of Product Design and Development and Hybrid Optimization Technique, Reverse Logistics Networks for Infected Medical Waste Management in Epidemic Outbreaks under Uncertainty: A Case Study of COVID-19 in Pathum Thani, Thailand.
