การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลห้องเรียนพร้อมใช้มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม ด้วย Google Apps Script

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์ : ในยุคดิจิทัลที่เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในทุกภาคส่วน การจัดการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาจำเป็นต้องปรับตัวเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความท้าทายใหม่ๆ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลห้องเรียนพร้อมใช้มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคามด้วย Google Apps Script และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ โดยกำหนดเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพด้านกระบวนการ (E1) หมายถึง ร้อยละของความสำเร็จในการทำงานของฟังก์ชันต่างๆ และประสิทธิภาพด้านผลลัพธ์ (E2) หมายถึง ร้อยละของความถูกต้องของผลลัพธ์ ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (E1/E2 = 80/80) 2) ศึกษาคุณภาพของระบบในด้านความถูกต้อง ความสมบูรณ์ และความรวดเร็วในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล และ 3) ศึกษาระดับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบ สถิติที่ใช้คือค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย 3 กลุ่ม คือ 1) เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน จำนวน 5 คน (เลือกแบบเจาะจง) ใช้สำหรับขั้นตอนการศึกษาความต้องการและการประเมินคุณภาพระบบ 2) เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำคณะ จำนวน 9 คน (เลือกแบบเจาะจง) ใช้สำหรับขั้นตอนการศึกษาความต้องการและการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบ และ 3) อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 233 คน (สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ) ใช้สำหรับขั้นตอนการศึกษาการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลห้องเรียนพร้อมใช้ด้วย Google Apps Script ประกอบด้วยฟังก์ชันหลัก 9 ฟังก์ชัน ได้แก่ การจัดการข้อมูลห้องเรียน การจองห้องเรียน การตรวจสอบการจองซ้ำซ้อน การเชื่อมต่อกับ Google Calendar การส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือน การออกรายงาน และการสำรองข้อมูลอัตโนมัติ ระบบมีส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้ที่ใช้งานง่าย รองรับการทำงานบนคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ ผลการหาคุณภาพของระบบ พบว่าระบบมีความถูกต้องของข้อมูลร้อยละ 99.57 มีประสิทธิภาพด้านกระบวนการ (E1) ร้อยละ 97.60 และประสิทธิภาพด้านผลลัพธ์ (E2) ร้อยละ 97.29 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี พบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=4.35, S.D.=0.58) โดยด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (𝑥̅=4.47, S.D.=0.51) รองลงมาคือความตั้งใจในการใช้งาน (𝑥̅=4.35, S.D.=0.58) ทัศนคติต่อการใช้งาน (𝑥̅=4.34, S.D.=0.57) และการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน (𝑥̅=4.22, S.D.=0.66) ตามลำดับ ผลการเปรียบเทียบการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การใช้เทคโนโลยีพบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์น้อยกว่า 5 ปีมีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีต่ำกว่าผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพพบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบในด้านความง่ายในการใช้งานและประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ โดยเฉพาะการลดขั้นตอนการทำงานและความถูกต้องของข้อมูล ข้อเสนอแนะสำคัญคือการเพิ่มฟังก์ชันการแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Line
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ : มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคามควรประกาศนโยบายให้บุคลากรใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลห้องเรียนพร้อมใช้เป็นช่องทางหลักในการจองและบริหารจัดการห้องเรียน เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้งานอย่างเต็มรูปแบบและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ควรมีคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการกำกับดูแลระบบเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง และควรจัดฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบสำหรับบุคลากรกลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์การใช้เทคโนโลยีน้อยกว่า 5 ปีเป็นพิเศษ
