Relationship Between Competency of School Administrators and Operating of World-class Standard School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 in Pathumthani

The purpose of this research was to study 1) the level of competency of school administrators 2) the level of operating of world-class standard school and 3) the relationship between competency of school administrators and operating of world-class standard school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 in Pathumthani. The sample used in this study was 269 administrators and teachers of world-class standard school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 In Pathumthani. The research instruments used for collecting data were five level rating scales. The data analyzing were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research revealed that 1) the level of competency of school administrators and 2) the level of operating of world-class standard school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 in Pathumthani at a high level both of over all’s and aspect and 3) the relationship between competency of school administrators and operating of world-class standard school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 in Pathumthani were related with significant at the .01 level.
