The Relationship between the Power Using of Administrator and Job Performance Behaviors of Teachers of the School under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) To study the levels of power using of administrator, 2) To study the levels of the job performance behaviors of teacher, and 3) To study the relationship between the power using of administrator and the job performance behaviors of teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. A sample was selected from 23 administrators 148 teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The questionnaire of Likert’s scale was used for data analysis. The data was analyzed using percentage, average, standard deviation and statistics for test hypothesis for analyze the relationship between the power using of administrator and the job performance behaviors of teachers. The overview is high level. The analyze Person Correlation Coefficient between the power using of administrator and job performance behaviors of teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. It was found that the power using of administrator has a high positive Correlation with the job performance behaviors of teachers was statistically significant and explain that if the power using of administrator has a high level, the job performance behaviors of teachers has a high level too.
