This research aims to study the injuries of construction workers and to analyze the ergonomic risks of construction workers at Nguan Seng Millionaire Group Co., Ltd. The sample group used for the injury study consisted of 30 people, selected specifically from all construction workers involved in the residential construction project in the Khlong Toei district of Bangkok. For the sample group used to analyze ergonomic risks, it consists of construction workers from four job categories: tile work, electrical work, ceiling and painting work, and exterior molding installation. An accidental random sampling method was used to select a group of 19 people. The instrument used to study construction workers’ injuries was a questionnaire adapted from the standardized Nordic questionnaires for the analysis of musculoskeletal symptoms, with a reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) of 0.843. Ergonomic risk analysis of construction workers by recording the time spent on tasks, considering posture, activities, tools, and handling according to the PATH method. The research findings revealed that construction workers sustained injuries in the past 7 days and 12 months, primarily in the hands/wrists, lower back, upper back, shoulders, and neck. All workers exhibited work behaviors requiring prolonged visual concentration and repetitive hand or arm movements, while most engaged in reaching, twisting, lifting heavy objects, and working in fixed tense postures for extended periods. The PATH assessment found that all work groups exhibited unnatural postures, particularly in the torso/back, legs, upper arms (shoulders), and neck. This finding can be used to establish measures to reduce ergonomic risks, provide training on ergonomics and workplace safety, as well as improve work methods and procedures.
