The Innovative Development of Medical Services for Children’s Vaccines with Digital Technology

Abstract

            The purpost of this study is to: 1) develop innovative medical services for childhood vaccines using digital technology. 2) To study satisfaction with the use of innovative medical services for childhood vaccines using digital technology. Target sample groups include  Doctor of Clinic Phetchabun Hospital, Khlong Sala Branch, Public Health Volunteers, Phetchabun City Community Volunteer, students and those receiving services at the family doctor clinic Phetchabun Hospital, Khlong Sala Branch, 400 people. By purposive selection method. The tools used in the research include 1)  medical service innovations for children's vaccination systems by user's interview and 2) quesionar's form for a study of satisfaction with the use of medical service innovations for children's vaccinations using digital technology. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation.

            The results of the research found that 1) Innovations in medical services for childhood vaccines using digital technology include: 2 groups: general user group and groups of medical personnel. 2) The results of the study of satisfaction with the use of innovative medical services for vaccinating children using digital technology found that the majority of target groups were overall satisfied at a high level ( = 3.82, S.D. = 0.83).
