Journal of Engineering Technology Access มีนโยบายรับตีพิมพ์บทความคุณภาพสูงในด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ครุศาสตรอุตสาหกรรม และนวัตกรรม โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือคณาจารย์ นักศึกษา และนักวิจัยทั้งในและนอกสถาบัน
กระบวนการ Review
บทความทุกบทความจะต้องผ่านการพิจารณาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่เชี่ยวชาญอย่างน้อย 5 ท่าน แบบผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้แต่งไม่ทราบชื่อกันและกัน (double-blind review)

บทความวิจัย (research article) บทความวิชาการ (academic article) และบทวิจารณ์หนังสือ (ฺBook Review)
การเผยแพร่
1. Journal of Engineering Technology Access เผยแผร่ในรูปแบบวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (online)
2. บทความวิชาการและวิจัยทุกเรื่องได้รับการพิจารณาและกลั่นกรองโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer Review) จากภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย
3. บทความ ข้อความ ภาพประกอบ และตาราง ตลอดจนข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่ลงตีพิมพ์ในวารสาร เป็นความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวของผู้เขียน กองบรรณาธิการไม่จําเป็นต้องเห็นด้วยเสมอไปและไม่มีส่วน เกี่ยวข้องในการรับผิดชอบใด ๆ ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เขียนแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
4. บทความต้องไม่เคยถูกตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ที่ใดมาก่อนและไม่อยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาของ วารสารฉบับอื่นหากตรวจสอบพบว่ามีการซ้ําซ้อน ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เขียนแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
5. บทความใดที่ผู้อ่านเห็นว่ามีการลอกเลียนหรือแอบอ้างโดยปราศจากการอ้างอิงหรือ ทําให้เข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นผลงานของผู้เขียน หากตรวจสอบพบถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เขียนแต่เพียง ผู้เดียว
6. บทความวิจัยใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมนุษย์และสัตว์ทดลองกองบรรณาธิการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ รับพิจารณาเฉพาะงานวิจัยที่ผ่านการรับรองจากคณะกรรมการ
