บทคัดย่อ

อนุภาคนาโนของซิงค์ออกไซด์ (ZnO NPs) ได้กลายเป็นหนึ่งในอนุภาคนาโนของโลหะออกไซด์ที่ได้รับความนิยมมากที่สุด เนื่องจากมีคุณสมบัติความเข้ากันได้ทางชีวภาพ ประหยัด และความเป็นพิษต่ำ มีการใช้วิธีการสังเคราะห์ที่หลากหลายในการผลิต ZnO NPs เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการที่สูงขึ้น ผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและความท้าทายทางเศรษฐกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิธีการสังเคราะห์ ZnO NPs ส่วนใหญ่ส่งผลให้เกิดการแสวงหาทางเลือกอื่นที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและเศรษฐกิจ เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ในการวิจัยนาโนเทคโนโลยี การสังเคราะห์อนุภาคนาโนจากวิถีเคมีสีเขียวเป็นที่น่าสนใจเนื่องจากมีคุณสมบัติทางชีวภาพตามธรรมชาติ ซึ่งช่วยลดการใช้และการสัมผัสสารเคมีที่เป็นพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับวิธีการทางกายภาพและทางเคมี ZnO NPs มีแนวโน้มที่ดีในด้านชีวการแพทย์ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านของการต้านมะเร็งและต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรีย ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับความสามารถที่มีศักยภาพในการกระตุ้นการผลิตออกซิเจนที่มีปฏิกิริยาตอบสนองมากเกินไป (ROS) และกระตุ้นการตายของเซลล์ ดังนั้น ZnO NPs จึงได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการรักษามะเร็ง
