Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study in the design of development model and the effectiveness of the development model Leadership Strategy of Administrators Phrapariyattidhamma School under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Education General Education. The sample group is The Administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Phanom Province Area are 7 Monks, selected through the purposive sampling method. The research instrument consisted of 1.) structured interview 2.) questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency percentage, mean, and standard deviation. 


The  results  showed  that; 1. The main component of The Development Model Leadership Strategy of Administrators Phrapariyattidhamma School under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Education General Education. There are two main components: 1) strategic management and 2) organizational culture, with a total average of 3.56, a total standard deviation of 0.71 at a much level. 1.1) Strategic management sub-component. There are 3 aspects: 1) strategic planning 2) strategic compliance. 3) Controlling and evaluating strategies It has a total average of 3.66, a total deviation of 0.73 at a much level. 1.2) Organizational culture sub-elements. There are 3 aspects: 1) beliefs, 2) values, 3) social norms, a total average of 3.92, a total deviation of 0.69. at a much level. 2. Result of the development Model Strategic Leadership of the Administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma School under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Education General Education It has a total average of 3.80, a total deviation of 0.45 at a much level. 3. The effectiveness of the strategic leadership development model of the administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma School under the Office of Phrapariyattidhamma Education General to effective in accordance with E1/E2 80.00/75.00 criteria.
