Peer Review Process

Submission

            Authors submit their manuscript through the online submission system. All required documents must be included at the time of submission.

Editorial Check (≈ 3 days)

            The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial screening to ensure that the manuscript:

  • Fits the aims and scope of the journal
  • Meets basic quality, formatting, and ethical requirements
  • Contains complete submission materials

Outcome:

  • Proceed to Section Editor
  • Desk Reject if unsuitable or non-compliant

Assignment to Section Editor

            A Section Editor is appointed to manage the review process, select reviewers, and communicate with authors.

Peer Review (≈ 2 weeks)

            The manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two qualified experts in the field.

            Possible Peer Review Outcomes:

  • Reject: Manuscript is declined due to major issues.
  • Accept: Manuscript is accepted without any revisions.
  • Revision Required: Authors are asked to revise and resubmit the manuscript for further evaluation.

Editor Decision (≈ 1 week)

            After receiving reviewer comments and revised manuscripts (if applicable), the Editor issues a final decision.

            Possible Editorial Decisions:

  • Accept: Manuscript proceeds to production.
  • Reject: Manuscript is declined.
  • Revise and Resubmit: Further revision is required before acceptance.

Revision Stage (≈ 2–3 weeks)

            If revisions are requested, authors must revise the manuscript according to reviewer and editor feedback and resubmit within the specified timeframe.
A subsequent review may be conducted if necessary.

Final Decision (Accept/Reject)

            The editor issues the final acceptance or rejection based on the revised submission.

Invoicing 

            For accepted manuscripts, authors receive an invoice for applicable publication fees.

Copy Editing (≈ 4 weeks)

            Professional editors perform:

  • Language editing
  • Formatting corrections
  • Reference checking
  • Ensuring journal style consistency

            Authors may be consulted for clarification if needed.

Proofreading (≈ 1 week)

            Authors review the page proofs to check for:

  • Typographical errors
  • Layout issues
  • Minor corrections

            Only minimal changes are allowed at this stage.

Publication

            After final approval, the manuscript is published online or in the journal issue and assigned volume, and page numbers.

Types of Articles:  Review Articles, Research Articles.

Language: Thai and English.

Publication Frequency

       Published 3 times a year:

  • Issue 1: January - April
  • Issue 2: May - August
  • Issue 3: September - December

Article Processing Charge (APC)

(The publication fees will take effect starting from Volume 7, Issue 2)

For Internal Authors (Affiliated with the University)

        Thai-language articles:           2,500 THB per article

        Foreign-language articles:      3,000 THB per article

For External Authors

        Thai-language articles:           3,500 THB per article

       Foreign-language articles:      4,000 THB per article
