ปัจจัยการบริหารแรงงานก่อสร้างที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการแพร่ระบาด โรคโควิด-19 ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
ในช่วงการแพร่ระบาดโรคโควิด-19 ส่งผลกระทบต่ออุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะการบริหารแรงงานก่อสร้างเนื่องจากไวรัสนี้มีการแพร่กระจายจากคนสู่คนได้ง่าย ดังนั้นการศึกษาในครั้งนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นศึกษากลุ่มปัจจัยในการบริหารแรงงานในโครงการก่อสร้างที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดไวรัสโควิด 19 และแนะแนวทางแก้ไขจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม จากการเก็บแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 จากการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ โดยจากการพัฒนาทำให้มีปัจจัยที่เหมาะสมต่อการเก็บข้อมูลจำนวน 10 ปัจจัย และดำเนินการเก็บแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างในจังหวัดขอนแก่นทั้งฝ่ายผู้รับเหมางานก่อสร้าง ที่ปรึกษา และอื่น โดยได้กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากทฤษฎีที่ 384 ชุด และได้รับการตอบกลับจำนวน 443 ชุด และนำมาวิเคราะห์กลุ่มปัจจัยด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ โดยจากผลลัพธ์สามารถจัดองค์ประกอบของปัจจัยทั้ง 10 ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบได้ทั้งหมด 4 กลุ่มได้แก่ สวัสดิการสุขภาพ (Health welfare) การบริหารแรงงาน (Human and resource management) การบริหารโครงการ (Project management) และการบริหารสัญญา (การบริหารสัญญา) มีค่าไอแกนเท่ากับ 2.179 1.212 1.135 และ 1.014 ตามลำดับ
