ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การขยายตัวจากความร้อนเชิงเส้นของคอนกรีตมวลเบาแบบเซลลูล่า

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การขยายตัวเนื่องจากความร้อนและปริมาณฟองอากาศของคอนกรีตมวลเบาแบบเซลลูล่า ที่หน่วยน้ำหนักออกแบบ 1600 และ 1800 กิโลกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร ใช้อัตราส่วนทรายต่อปูนซีเมนต์ 2:1 และ 3:1 และใส่สารลดน้ำปริมาณมาก ที่ร้อยละ 0, 0.5 และ 1 ของน้ำหนักปูนซีเมนต์ มีการผลิตคอนกรีตมวลเบาแบบเซลลูล่า ทั้งหมด 12 สูตรส่วนผสม สูตรละ 6 ตัวอย่าง รวมจำนวน 72 ตัวอย่าง และบ่มในอากาศที่อายุ 28 วัน การทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การขยายตัวเนื่องจากความร้อนของคอนกรีตมวลเบาแบบเซลลูล่าดำเนินการตามมาตรฐาน TI-B 101 Test Method Expansion Coefficient of Concrete ผลการทดสอบพบว่า (1) ที่หน่วยน้ำหนัก 1600 กิโลกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การขยายตัวเนื่องจากความร้อนของคอนกรีตมวลเบาแบบเซลลูล่าอยู่ในช่วง (10.6-13.7) x10-6 ต่อองศาเซลเซียส) และ (2) ที่หน่วยน้ำหนัก 1800 กิโลกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การขยายตัวเนื่องจากความร้อนของคอนกรีตมวลเบาแบบเซลลูล่าอยู่ที่ประมาณ (12.5-15.8) x10-6 ต่อองศาเซลเซียส และ การทดสอบหาปริมาณฟองอากาศใช้วิธี Gravimetric ตาม ASTM C 138 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าที่หน่วยน้ำหนัก 1600 และ 1800 กิโลกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร คอนกรีตมวลเบาแบบเซลลูล่ามีปริมาณฟองอากาศอยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 27-32.3 และ ประมาณช่วงร้อยละ 19.2-23.8 ตามลำดับ
