การพัฒนาโปรแกรมสำหรับวิเคราะห์ความน่าเชื่อถือในงานวิศวกรรมโยธาด้วยการจำลองสถานการณ์แบบมอนเตคาร์โลโดยใช้โปรแกรม GNU-Octave

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาโปรแกรม ORA-CE (Octave-Based Reliability Analysis for Civil Engineering) ที่สามารถใช้สำหรับประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือของปัญหาทางวิศวกรรมโยธาด้วยวิธีการจำลองสถานการณ์แบบมอนเตคาร์โลผ่านสมการสมรรถนะของปัญหาทางวิศวกรรมโยธา โดยโปรแกรมทำงานประมวลผลร่วมกันระหว่าง Microsoft Excel สำหรับรับข้อมูลนำเข้าจากผู้ใช้ ได้แก่ สมการฟังก์ชันสมรรถนะของปัญหาทางวิศวกรรมโยธาที่ซับซ้อนโดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถกำหนดขึ้นได้ ตัวแปรสุ่ม ชนิดของตัวแปรสุ่มที่ใช้ในสมการ และจำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการจำลอง และเชื่อมโยงไปยังโปรแกรม GNU Octave ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายด้านลิขสิทธิ์ในการประมวลผลคำนวณความน่าเชื่อถือของปัญหา จากนั้นได้นำโปรแกรม ORA-CE ไปวิเคราะห์ความน่าเชื่อถือเทียบกับกรณีศึกษาจากวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเริ่มจากทำการศึกษาการลู่เข้าของคำตอบของความน่าจะเป็นของการเกิดการวิบัติของปัญหาเพื่อเลือกจำนวนตัวอย่างที่ทำให้เกิดการลู่เข้าของคำตอบ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ความคลาดเคลื่อนทางสถิติเชิงปริมาณเพื่อยืนยันว่าจำนวนตัวอย่างที่เลือกใช้ในการจำลองสุ่มนั้นได้ค่าคำตอบทางสถิติที่เสถียรและเชื่อถือได้แล้ว จากนั้น ใช้ผลของการวิเคราะห์ความน่าเชื่อถือของโปรแกรม ORA-CE ที่ใช้จำนวนตัวอย่างที่เลือกมาจากขั้นตอนข้างต้นมาเทียบกับกรณีศึกษาจากวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งพบว่า ผลของค่าความน่าจะเป็นของการวิบัติจากโปรแกรม ORA-CE มีความคลาดเคลื่อนสัมพัทธ์เบี่ยงเบนจากผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากกรณีศึกษาจากวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่ที่ 0.88- 2.03% แสดงถึงผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากโปรแกรม ORA-CE มีความสอดคล้องกันเป็นอย่างดีกับผลลัพธ์จากวรรณกรรม และจากผลจากการเปรียบเทียบผลลัพธ์ของการวิเคราะห์ดังกล่าวยังช่วยยืนยันความถูกต้องของโครงสร้างสคริปต์คำนวณหลักในกระบวนการประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือของปัญหาทางวิศวกรรมโยธาของโปรแกรม ORA-CE ด้วยวิธีจำลองสถานการณ์แบบมอนเตคาร์โลโดยใช้โปรแกรม GNU-Octave ที่ใช้การจำลองสุ่มตัวแปรอิสระผ่านฟังก์ชันทางสถิติสำเร็จรูปใน GNU Octave ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรม ORA-CE เป็นเครื่องมือทางเลือกที่มีประสิทธิภาพและมีความสะดวกในการประยุกต์ใช้ประเมินความปลอดภัยทางวิศวกรรมโยธาได้โดยไม่มีภาระค่าใช้จ่ายด้านลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์
